ADMISSION PROCEDURE
The school notify all stakeholders regarding the opening of online registration by 15th December each year through the school website as well as the school notice board. When a student is ready to register at the school, they must do the following:
• The parents/guardians must register their wards through the Online registration form available on the school website and submit the completed enrolment form. The parent will receive an acknowledgement in their registered email ID mentioning the registration number.
• The school will communicate with the parents through their registered email regarding admission formalities according to the vacancies available in each grade.
• Submit the necessary documents as mentioned below:
Parents must have the below-mentioned documents in JPEG/PDF format (maximum size 700 KB) prior to doing the online registration:
1. Transfer Certificate (TC)
2. Student photograph
3. Student passport
4. Student Emirates ID
5. Student's birth certificate
6. Father's passport
7. Mother's passport
8. Father's Emirates ID
9. Mother's Emirates ID
10. Electricity/telephone bill / Tenancy contract (any one)
11. Final Report Card of the previous grade
12. Conduct certificate from the previous school
13. Standardised Benchmark Assessment (IBT / ASSET / CAT 4, etc.) – Applicable for Grades 3–9 students studying in UAE
14. Vaccination / Immunisation card
15. Health Insurance card
16. Co-Curricular certificates (if any)
Upon confirmation of admission, parents are to submit hard copies of the above documents along with a printout of the Registration Form and the following documents to the admission department:
1. 03 passport-size photos of the child
2. Copies of any medical information the school may need
3. Scanned copy of clinical reports, if the child is in the Additional Learning Needs (ALN) category
Note: Original documents are required for verification
4. Student mode of conveyance form (Own transport / School transport / etc.)
5. Student Conduct Evaluation Form
6. School-Parent Agreement
7. Student Medical & Health Declaration Form
8. Student Medication Administration Consent Form
9. Parent Undertaking for Admission
10. Parent Undertaking Form for Availing School Bus Facility (applicable to school bus students only)
11. Parent Responsibilities Towards School Bus Transportation (applicable to school bus students)
12. Annual school screening – Student Health Card Form
13. Student Health History Form
14. Student Code of Conduct & Behaviour Policy
15. Parent E-Learning Consent Form
16. Student E-Learning Classes Undertaking Form
